I called today and got same day service within 2 hours of my call. Issue was resolved and tech was out of here in another hour. Quick response and an appointment on the same day. Grateful, since it was over 108 degrees when my ac exhibited serious issues. Jaime and Jose were prompt, professional and courteous. Diagnosed problems and set an appointment first thing next morning. Repair took a half day. Great communication with each step of process reviewed with me. I signed up for their maintenance service, and they took care of that, too. Reasonable pricing; excellent value for the amount of time they spent resolving the problems. Thank you Next Level!
The young man Adrian and his helper were just fabulous to me today... He took me around to show me how to clean each filter to keep up the life of the units how to even clean the outside of the main unit. He informed me because of how many animals I have how often I should be cleaning these filters... They were very respectful when they came into the house they put on booties, I had just swept and mop so I really appreciated it. Wonderful company wonderful employees I suggest anyone would be happy with this company and the way they run business. I absolutely love the unit and I'm just so thrilled on how I can be able to keep it maintained myself.
